V6 (RepRap/M6) Nozzles by E3D

Compatible with any hotend that uses standard V6 or RepRap-sized nozzles with an M6 thread, and available in a variety of material types, E3D has a nozzle that will suit whatever printing needs you may have!

Nozzle Material Options:

ObXidian 

With a wear resistance that is orders of magnitude higher than any other E3D nozzle, ObXidian is really hard. Several orders of magnitude harder than Nozzle X and any other generic hardened steel nozzle. 

This is achieved by pairing a tool steel insert with our new E3DLC coating. This specially formulated coating also embeds non-stick properties into the Nozzle itself. Meaning considerably less plastic build-up around the Nozzle.

NozzleX

NozzleX nozzles have been discontinued and replaced with ObXidian nozzles.

Brass 

Brass nozzles, featuring E3D’s signature internal geometry, have optimal thermal properties for everyday printing, providing smooth layers for standard non-abrasive applications. Rated to a max temperature of 300°C.

Plated Copper  

Our unique plated copper nozzles are suitable for high-temperature, non-abrasive applications. The nickel plating provides a reduced-stick surface, ideal for situations where temperatures are too hot for a silicone sock. Rated to a maximum temperature of 500°C.

Hardened steel

Hardened steel nozzles have been discontinued and replaced with ObXidian nozzles.

E3D nozzles are easily identified by the numbers of dots drilled into the nozzle hex flats (see table).
