Premium Printhead 2 - Ultra High Flow for Modix Gen 4 Printers

HartSmart Products has a second version of our popular Premium Printhead, and for this one we went with the absolute highest flow setup we could find! These are fully assembled with a best-in-class Bondtech BMG-M extruder and a Takoto HE50 "Monster" hotend part for the best combination of maximum flow rate and print quality, and then customized it to work as a nearly drop-in replacement for standard Modix printheads.

These printhead upgrades are sold Fully Assembled. The printhead includes the extruder and hotend already assembled with the Modix-compatible tool head mounting bracket and a stepper motor so you can quickly and easily swap out your existing printhead with this one and be up and running in minutes.

This version of the Ultra Flow Printhead is only for Modix Generation 4 machines. For a printhead that fits Version 3 Modix printers, please head HERE.

The PPH2 Ultra Flow Printhead includes:

• Bondtech BMG-M Extruder (standard orientation)
• Takoto HE50 "Monster" Hotend
• Takoto Hotend fan & fan duct
• A Pair of industrial 65W Heaters, wired in parallel for a total of 130 watts of heating power
• A high current terminal block to handle all that power
• HSP Primary Printhead Bracket
• PT1000 temp sensor
• E3D Plated Copper Supervolcano Nozzle of Your Choice (Select additional nozzles to have spares on hand)
• 40mm Nema17 Stepper Motor
