Engineered for Speed
A custom lens array and 28 LEDs produce a uniform, highly collimated light field. This delivers 6mW/cm2 at the print plane and cures the resin quickly, evenly, and accurately.
A textured lens array allows air to flow between the Light Processing Unit (LPU) and the film, reducing the suction forces and increasing print speed.
A new durable and highly oxygen-permeable film creates a thin inhibition zone where the resin stays uncured. This increases speed and reduces supports.
