FarmFuel by 3D-Fuel
Ten Spools in One Box. Nothing Left to Throw Away.
FarmFuel is a closed-loop filament system built for print farms running 20 or more printers.
You vacuum-sealed Pro PCTG in Midnight Black, with no individual packaging, and a prepaid label to send the empties back.
Lots of 3D Printers Means Packaging You Didn’t Sign Up For
Ten spools ordered means ten boxes to open, flatten, and stack somewhere.
Then a shipping carton, then a recycling run, and a dumpster bill — or both.
If you’re using refill coils, add the time spent reassembling spools and the filament coil lost every time a refill gets rushed and fails.
None of this shows up on a P&L, but it costs real money, and it happens every single week at scale.

Step 2: Swap.
- Pull a spool from the case. Load it. Keep printing. Spool changes for the entire case take less than 2.5 minutes. No refill coils. No cardboard. No extra steps.
Step 3: Send.Â
- When the spools are empty, place them back in the case, add the desiccant packs, tape it shut, apply the prepaid label, and ship it. We handle the rest!
Simple. Repeatable. Scalable.
“We didn't build FarmFuel to sell more filament. We built it because we kept seeing the same problem and believed there was a simpler way to solve it.” -John Schneider, CEO, 3D-Fuel
