HartSmart Products has a second version of our Premium Printhead! Following up on our highly popular original Premium Printhead, this second version is assembled with a best-in-class extruder and hotend parts for the best combination of high flow rate and high print quality, and then customized it to work as a nearly drop-in replacement for standard Modix printheads.

This version of the Premium Printhead is for Generation 4 Modix printers only. For the printheads made to fit Version 3 printers, please head HERE.

These printheads are sold Fully Assembled. The Printhead includes the extruder and hotend already assembled with the Modix tool head mounting bracket and a stepper motor so you can quickly and easily swap out your existing printhead with this one and be up and running in minutes.

• Bondtech BMG-M Extruder (standard orientation)
• Takoto HE20 Hotend
• Takoto Hotend fan & fan duct
• Two Slice Engineering 50w Industrial Heaters (100W total power)
• HSP Primary Printhead Bracket
• PT1000 temp sensor
• Bondtech CHT BiMetal Volcano nozzle in the size of your choice (add extra to have spares on hand)
• 40mm Nema17 Stepper Motor
