Electronic Humidity Control Cabinets (Auto Dry Boxes) Specially Designed for 3D Printer Filaments
Wet filament can cause many 3D printing defects and failures, such as nozzle clogging, rough or grainy surface textures, nozzle bursts, weak parts, and more. Standard filament dryers are great for PLA, PETG, and other low temperature materials, but are limited in size and cannot dry higher temperature materials or highly hydroscopic materials such as PA (nylon), PETG, PC, PVA, PEEK, PC-ABS and other moisture-absorbing filaments. They are also not able to maintain humidity levels low enough to avoid re-absorption of moisture.
The A3DP Drying Cabinet utilizes dual drying cores to quickly and sustainably reach low humidity levels within the cabinet. Moisture isn't merely suspended in the air, but evacuated from the chamber so it can't be reabsorbed into the filament.
